We can “watch” what we eat and lose weight. Nevertheless, that does not automatically equate to health. Thin people aren’t necessarily the healthiest, just as being large does not automatically mean obese or unhealthy. We’ve discovered ways to consume healthy food and derive the maximum benefits from it without gaining weight, while simultaneously enjoying the best health we’ve ever experienced.
What is the key to avoiding disease, obesity, premature aging? Notice I said “Avoid”. As you probably know, I cannot say “treat, cure or prevent.”
My Answer - Keep your insides clean. It all begins with cleansing and detoxification.
Why Cleanse? What would happen to a car if we didn’t change the oil for 5, 10, or 20 years? What if we didn’t change the filters on our heating systems? The answers are obvious, aren’t they? Well, there are thousands of miles of “piping” inside the human body. When was the last time that you cleaned or rested them? Cleanse your body internally every 90 days. Help your body release and control the chemicals and impurities, avoid premature aging and avoid poor health. You can literally watch the excess water and fat release naturally, safely and faster than you ever thought possible.
Most of my colleagues disagree about the need for cleansing or detoxification – and I did as well. Health training describes our bodies as efficient systems that handle waste products and eliminate them through a variety of mechanisms. This is true – in a clean world, one free from chemicals, drugs, and toxins. None of us lives in that world. Our bodies are efficient if they are not hampered with external toxins.
