Frequent small meals
Bland food
Minimal spices
Salty food in morning
Sour drinks (lemonade)
Complex carbohydrates and protein
Minimize fats
Large snack at bedtime (NOT sweets or processed foods)
Eat something BEFORE getting out of bed
Vary time for prenatal vitamins
Snapping rubber band
Sea Bands
More water - not gulped, but additional throughout the day.
