Aside from stabilizing mood, progesterone maintains other healthy physiological functions. It can also exert the following effects:

I suggest a natural progesterone supplement (primarily a quality topical cream), which can reduce menopause symptoms without adding to the risk of breast cancer (as prescription estrogen-like drugs can).
