Shingles pain lasts long after the sores have healed. Most often people use an oral pain reliever in the hope they'll get some relief. The pain usually seems worse at night - just like everything seems worse when it's dark and quiet. I've recommended using TRANILAST cream (10%) to relieve itching, and even burn pain. Perhaps it would help relieve some of the pain associated with shingles. Sharon gave it a trial and reported that she was very pleased with the results.

One of our

or suggestion to treat or help the RLS? It
is causing some sleep issues. The doctor has
put me on 0.125 mg of Mirapex. I would

The FDA has
a vital role in protecting the health of
every American citizen. Recent circumstances
suggest that the agency is having difficulty
in meeting it's obligation. I've even
located a November, 2007 document that points
directly to the many inadequacies within the
FDA. I wonder how many companies would still
be operating "as usual" if such a scathing
report had been written about them. Please
