It was barely 40 degrees in Chicagoland this morning. We seem to have had a scant Spring, a short Summer and now it looks like Fall is quickly giving way to Winter. It’s COLD.  I am going to take just a few minutes to tell you about the importance of having warm feet when you sleep. We actually studied this issue a short time ago and discovered that warm feet makes for better sleep.  See the article below, and tell your friends and family. Get a good hot water bottle. Wear socks. “Sleep tight and don’t let the bedbugs bite.” (whatever that means)
